What happens when my free trial ends?
If you don't subscribe, Claira becomes read-only: your content stays fully readable and editable — complete tasks, edit notes — but you can't create new items, use AI chat and voice, or forward emails in until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time in iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged; otherwise you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a refund policy?
App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is there a family plan?
Not yet — each Apple ID manages its own subscription. In practice one subscriber can host shared spaces that everyone they invite can use.
