Free for up to 75 items. Pro removes the limit.
Same features on both tiers. Pro is for people who've outgrown 75.
Local pricing is shown at checkout in the App Store and reflects your country's store. All transactions are handled by Apple.
We don't ladder features behind tiers. AI, email-to-task, share extension, calendar, offline sync — everything works on the free tier. Pro exists for people who've outgrown 75 items and want to keep going without trimming their content.
Common questions, plainly answered.
What counts as an item?
A task or a note. Calendar events (from your iPhone calendar) and attachments (photos, PDFs) don't count toward the limit.
How does sharing affect the 75-item limit?
Items in a shared space count against the space owner only. If you join someone else's shared space, nothing in it counts toward your 75. If you own a shared space, every item in it counts — including ones other members create. So one Pro subscriber unlocks unlimited collaboration for everyone they share with.
What happens if I hit 75 and don't subscribe?
Your existing 75 items stay fully functional — edit them, complete tasks, read notes. You just can't create a new item until you delete one or subscribe.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time in iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. You keep Pro features until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a refund policy?
App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is there a family plan?
Not yet — each Apple ID manages its own subscription. In practice you may not need one: one Pro subscriber can host shared spaces, and items in those spaces don't count against the members' personal limits.
